JW Hinks turns 125 years old!
11/11/20212021 is a major milestone for JW Hinks. It marks the 125th anniversary of our founding, all the way back in 1896. We are incredibly proud of our track record over those 125 years, and we are entering our 126th year as focussed as we’ve ever been. We remain dedicated to putting our clients first and will continue to offer them a high-quality service that mixes traditional accountancy, tax and business consultancy services with the best innovations the modern world has to offer.
Ever since “day one” all those years ago, we have strived to set ourselves apart from our competitors. We have focussed on growing traditional competencies in-house (the current Managing Partner, for example, joined the firm in 1984 as a junior and a number of other partners trained and qualified with the firm) and pursued growth in new areas whenever it made sense to do so. We have also embraced new technology and innovations in the profession when possible, ensuring that our clients get an up-to-date service that is fit for the present day. We have imbued all the work we do for our clients, and our client relationships, with some key values: trustworthiness, reliability, quality, and a passion for client service.
2021 has been, and continues to be, an exciting year for the whole team at JW Hinks, helping clients navigate a fast-changing and unfamiliar business environment. We have worked continuously over the past eighteen months to ensure we are up to the task, evolving our systems, practices, and knowledge-bases.
