Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a professional, organised and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors, manage the day-to-day running of reception and support the smooth operation of the office through a range of general administrative and office support duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

The Role:

•Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
•Answer and direct phone calls, handling enquiries efficiently
•Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
•Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
•Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings
•Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
•Support the wider team with scanning, photocopying, and other office tasks
•Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as needed
•Assist in keeping client records up to date in our internal systems
•Assist with a range of ad hoc office and practice support duties, including recycling management and general office tasks.

To be considered, you will need:

•Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
•Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•Willingness to learn and develop within the role
•A proactive and team-oriented approach
•Confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion
•Previous experience in a receptionist (desired but not essential)
